Juliane – A Style Journey

We often talk about beautiful places (as you might already know we’re obsessed), and often paradise beaches that are far, FAR, away from us. Because let’s be hones, Scandiland isn’t very known for it’s beaches – neither for good weather…

But with the heat wave not leaving Scandinavia the last two months, we can’t stop stalking our own pearls. Because there are actually a lot of them, we’ve just been keeping our eyes closed.

Until now. I’ve Googled my way up and down and found my personal favorites; one in Denmark, one in Norway and of course one in Sweden. So if you still have some vacay-days left, here are some Scandi-spots you should consider!

Also called the Danish riviera, and that for good reason. Check out this beautiful beach; 10 kilometer of white sand and clear blue ocean.

Denmark in general has a lot of beautiful places and beaches that are known as some of the best once in Scandinavia. But this one definitely looks like a favo – I mean look at those super charming small white houses! Not to mention this spot is said to be a perfect place to stay for a week (or two) thanks to the small city near by.

In vest Norway – more specifically Karmøy – you’ll find the incredible beautiful Åkrasanden. Once again we’re talking white sand and crystal water. I’ve visited this dream myself and is definitely a place you should put on your list if you’re into breathtaking nature!

Pssst… If you easily get bored of the beach-life, there is an amazing place to go hiking nearby, that includes historical spots. Not to mention Haugesund is close as well – a Norwegian city you should visit!

Falsterbro in Skåne is on my list for next summer. It’s been on different lists for it’s incredible beach, that actually reminds you off beaches in Italy or Spain – only cheaper and closer for us Scandinavians.

Falsterbo is also a typical summer city; alive in the summer and quite desolated in wintertime. In other words, visit while the sun i shining!
