Katarina, A Style Journey
Say hi to Oslo’s new restaurant favorite (and hangout hot-spot!): Ben Reddik.
We’ve been waiting for the restaurant scene in Oslo to make a jump towards a more ‘European big-city standard’ for some time now and we’re finally seeing some change. In the good way!
The newest – and already one of Oslo’s hottest spots ATM – is newly opened Ben Reddik located in the city’s urban and most forward-looking district Grünerløkka. Serving meze inspired by the Middle-East, touched by Norwegian commodities, in clean and even a bit steril surroundings is a better combination than you would have thought in the first place. The food, the full tables and the atmosphere made between friends and family through the social food really makes this one of Oslo’s hottest and coziest hang-out spots. And the food is to blame.
Meze – the Middle-Eastern tapas – by itself sets a specific type of atmosphere and dialog. A more open, lively and authentic one. But the meze at Ben Reddik gets a (huge) helping hand from the fresh and carefully selected ingredients, that puts together a well thought out menu: Choose whichever dishes your food-mood says and they will complement each other. You simply can’t go wrong.
Still haven’t booked a table?
